Order Processing Time

Order processing will take between 1 to 3 business days. (In some cases, the order may be delayed due to incorrect or incomplete payment or shipping information, such as an incorrect address, which happens frequently).

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct. Due to our strict shipping schedule, it may not always be possible to make address changes once an order has been placed. Please carefully review the address before completing your purchase.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
If the order is already being processed or has been dispatched, we will not be able to make changes to the destination.
